Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Gong.io is used across my organization but specifically in sales to see where we can improve and how we can effectively bring up new products that are constantly emerging.

Pros and Cons

Types your conversation for you so it's easy to find where you talked about something.
Shows different colors for different speakers so you know when one person is dominating the conversation.
Starts recording as soon as the other side hops on.

Send me a monthly recap of my calls? Including how long they are, how much I talked vs. prospect, etc.

Return on Investment

Ability to improve pitch and raise my sales numbers.
The ability for the research team to create related talk tracks in areas they think need improvement (therefore helping our team hit our numbers).

Support Rating

I have not had the need to use Gong.io support but I'm sure it's great! It shows that it's a great product if I don't need to use support.

I think Gong.io is perfect for sales calls. It makes it really easy to do my job effectively and determine strengths and weaknesses in pitch/presentation. I think Gong.io is less suited for internal calls, unless it's a call where you want notes taken for you.
