Gong is used by all employees in our sales organization. We use it mostly for training and enablement purposes, to learn from our calls and to improve our performance and messaging.
- You get a visual overview of the call, showing who spoke and when, and the subject that came up.
- Audio quality is great.
- You can scroll through the recording to the desired topic that you're interested in.
- Some people don't take kindly to being recorded (but recording can be stopped).
- It has made it easier to pass knowledge and information regarding a specific account and what has already been discussed with them in the past.
- It has become a valuable tool for learning internally and improving the way we communicate.
