Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Gong is used by many organizations in our company. I use it as an AE to listen to calls my SDR makes and prep for demos and to receive coaching from my manager. We use it in the product team so they can listen in on customer feedback about the products they are developing, and our marketing team uses it to understand our positioning, strengths/weaknesses, value props, and what's important to our clients.
  • Easy to send calls to clients and track who's listening.
  • Easy to share calls internally and strategize/get coaching.
  • I like the filters that track different words you're using and give coaching on the call.
  • I wish it was easier to find a call in the app and mark it as private.
  • Fantastic coaching from my manager.
  • Much easier to listen to SDR calls and take notes/leave feedback.
  • Great coaching on talk time & vocabulary from the app.
I have never used another platform like this.

Gong is well suited for an organization with a sales team, that wants to offer insights/coaching to them, and learn from their client calls to develop a better message and a better product. It isn't well suited if there are not many client facing calls that could be useful for people in your organization to listen to.
