Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

[Gong.io] is being used in our organization in our sales department as well as others in order to listen to customer calls and potential customer calls. It allows us to provide feedback and understand the basis of a call and see where we should focus on future calls. It also enables us to see where our strengths and weaknesses may lie.
