We utilize Gong.io in order to record/share calls between sales team members and engineering. This allows us to collaborate on how to best move the prospect forward.
- Allowing users to focus on the call rather than take notes
- Improves sales training best practices
- Allows team members to collaborate even if one could not attend the call
- Transcript function does not always catch the phrases accurately
- A CRM integration would be nice
- Searching for calls by keyword does not always prove to be successful
