Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

We utilize Gong.io in order to record/share calls between sales team members and engineering. This allows us to collaborate on how to best move the prospect forward.
  • Allowing users to focus on the call rather than take notes
  • Improves sales training best practices
  • Allows team members to collaborate even if one could not attend the call
  • Transcript function does not always catch the phrases accurately
  • A CRM integration would be nice
