Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

We use Gong.io for our video hub of calls with prospects. It serves as a great coaching/learning tool to both watch and learn from my own calls, as well as those of my peers. Gong.io recording all our calls also helps us review previous interactions with prospects to prepare for future engagements.

Gong.io is well suited in sales orgs where a ton of calls are happening every day, and learning from peers is an important part of the culture. It is also well suited for new-hires who need to acquaint themselves with the product and sales process. Gong.io is less appropriate in very small companies with 1-3 sales people because the volume of calls wouldn't be enough to warrant a tool.
