Overall Satisfaction with is the best tool, I did not know I needed! At my company, we use it daily for recording calls, follow-ups, and training. I am using it daily and love sending it to customers as a follow-up to our chats. is used by every member of our sales team, BDR unit, and account management

Off the bat, some people would put Gong and Zoom in the same category, this is completely wrong. Zoom is a medium to hold conversations with prospects, customers, or employees.

While Gong is an "add-in", It helps you record videos to be used internally, as a follow-up, or to help improve your skills.

Yes is a tool every sales team needs. I use it to record every discovery call, demo, presentation, and follow-up. These recorded calls are shared across the sales organization for training, notes, and practice My favorite use-case for is sending my recording to customers and/or prospects instead of recovering materials on the next step call.
