When I first joined the company, it was a completely new industry for me but I had to ramp up quickly. was a really useful tool because it had a whole library or past conversations from my teammates with other customers, and it allowed me to study them at my own pace to learn the best practices quickly. The feature that I loved was how it manages to transcribe the calls so that I could read through them quickly if I needed to. And in the transcripts, it even analyses the call by topics, duration, and share of voice between speakers to give me a better idea on what were the best practices used by the top-performing teammates.
  • It adds on very seamlessly to my zoom meetings, no setup required on my end.
  • Being able to send snippets of a call is very useful and it impresses customers.
  • The dashboard that analyses each call is very neat and clear.
  • It could improve on transcribing because it may not capture very well for non-native English speakers in my region of work.
  • The announcement at the start about them recording is a bit loud.

  • I think it's helped new SDRs joining to ramp up faster.

- is best suited for new joiners who want to get access to an archive of past calls to learn best practices from the top reps in each field.
- is very helpful for collaboration between SDR and AE to review calls and identify areas for improvement.
- It is great because I may not be able to take down all the notes for my call, so this tool is a lifesaver to make sure I do not miss out on important information.
