Overall Satisfaction with Google App Engine

Google App Engine has built in several security triggers that allow us to ensure no outside access can happen to our internal API. Because this could be an issue, we decided to leverage the Cloud Run and integrate the app with it instead of running it in another server. The integration is seamless and the security is high end.

I had to revisit the UI after a year of just setting up and forgetting. The UI got some improvements but the amount of navigation we have to go through to setup a new app has increased but also got easier to setup. Gemini now is integrated and make getting answers faster.
simpler and cheaper sums up the benefits. AWS became too bureaucratic while Google App Engine made he process easier to setup. Again, I just spent a few minutes to setup a simple app, setup a budget, add my credit card and have it up and running. Google is captivating its user base by integrating the G suite and making AI part of it. AWS is lagging behind.

It is hard not to recommend since the prices are on point with the services; the high internal security for the apps is great and easy to setup; We don't have to worry about several places where the deployment is happening in order to release a new app version; User management and google integration are the biggest feature I see.
