Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive

Google Drive is being used Organization Wide, It makes documents and Files very accessible from anywhere.

Some use it as a Backup system for their local Files and Folders by using the local Google Drive to sync all their files.

It works perfect for us since we already use Google Suite for email Docs calendar ....

Google Drive ties better into our environement since we have the Google Suite, It integrates better into everything else we have using Google Suite

Dropbox is a single oriented application while Google Drive is more versatile.

Takes the complexity from managing a local file server.

offsets the security of keeping such a server.

Secure aceess control by Gmail account gives the admin visibility into who accessed what in the enterprise...

Using Google Drive

435 - Multiple Departements in a Healthcare environment, Management, nurses, doctors, accounting , billing, HR, IT, and Maintenance .....
3 - Google Has a great Support System so mainly our Staff need to use Drive themselves and that is enough. In case they do not have an answer for a problem, Google has a huge Knowledge Base and How-To's .

We have been using Google Drive for a while. Our Users are used to it. We rely on it and so far we have not had any major issues with any of the Google Services.

Yes - it is a whole package and when you purchase the Google Suite suport is part of the Package. Worth Every penny Google Support team is great .
