Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used Google Forms for many different operations. We use Google Forms to create forms for applicants that are applying to the company. Also, Google spreadsheets to keep track of employees that work for our organization and budgets for spending.

Being able to track potential employees
Being able to export data when needed
Create surveys for prospective employees to answer and receiving the exact timestamp for the response.

Alternatives Considered

Microsoft 365 Business and Notepad++

I would choose Google Forms because of the easy access and being able to access it from anywhere because the files are stored in the cloud.

Other Software Used

Shopify, Shopify Plus, Dropbox

Likelihood to Recommend

Google Forms is well suited, whether it is at work or for personal use. I enjoy how readily available it is and how I can access it from my phone or my computer. I enjoy that the documents are exactly as I left them so that I can continue later on.
