Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms

Google Forms is being used across the company and by companies that I advise. It's easy to create a Google account and now with more functionalities also easier to monitor the result of submission.

  • Possibly remove some 'small letters' in the bottom

Simpler to use and mostly related with an alternative to a robust forms and questionnaire option. Many other tools are not only forms.

Because it was made to be used by almost anyone, bringing a secure and robust option.
Google provides a good support but i did not requested often.
Can be used by almost anyone since its so simple to use.
The security provided by Google also provides a scalable platform.
Some usage scenarios are school forms, feedback forms, etc.
Where to avoid its usage:
- when we want a full white label form since it is clear that its powered by Google
