We use Google hangouts daily. Not only to communicate with each other in the office and even when someone is out of the office, but with some of our close customers that have hangouts as well - they are able to connect with us through google hangouts.
- Video chat to your phone or computer.
- Chat services. Whether you are on your computer or maybe on the road out meeting customers, you can still communicate with who you need to quickly.
- It is an over all fantastic tool to have in your office whether you are big or small.
- The pop up of a call or message to a phone could be a little better. It just rings but if your notifications are off you cannot see the call unless you go in to the app.
- It has had a great positive impact on our company. We are able to do conference calls faster and easier, 3 way calls, video calls and even presentations by phone.
- No negatives.
