Overall Satisfaction with Google Voice
Google Voice is used by our whole organization. It has saved us tons of money on phone bills. We use it for all our communication. We also purchased great landline phones that work seamlessly with Google Voice. We are able to keep our local number and our clients never have a problem reaching us.
Pros
- Its biggest strength is flexibility. Google Voice offers free text messaging, and when clients can't reach us on the phone, they can text us.
- HD quality sound using Google Voice. It is invaluable when your clients can hear you.
- Ease of use is huge, there was literally no learning curve with the software and we were up and running within minutes.
Cons
- Maybe have better collaboration with phone makers, the landline options are limited.
- It could incorporate some call forwarding options that are easier to use.
- Auto attendant options would be nice.
- It has saved us a ton of money on phone bills.
- It has increased client retention as it has given us flexible text messaging.
- It has helped our organization work more smoothly as a whole.
Google Voice is much more cost efficient and doesn't have all the bells and whistles that our small company doesn't need. Google Voice never tries to upsell us and just makes an easy-to-use product that has greatly increased the efficiency of our organization. We aren't constantly bombarded to continue our "subscriptions."
