Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We use GoTo Connect when working from home. It is great that it has full functionality as if I was at my desk in the office. It allows us flexibility in our schedules and that we can work from home with the same tools that we use in the office.

- Full extension list and work contacts.
- User friendly.
- I have not come across anything that isn't excellent as far as functionality and user-friendliness.

GoTo Connect has been fantastic for the work from home experience, it is incredibly user oriented and friendly to use. It is nice having an all in one system to take care of day-to-day work needs.
- Zoom
Zoom is often the most popular meeting platform for video and calls conferencing, but I don't find it to be as user-friendly as go to connect. I have had a lot of issues with connections and audio using Zoom. GoTo Connect is user-friendly, easy to install, and gets everything set up to use the platform.
