Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
GoTo 'LogMeIn Rescue' is used to connect to customers' remote Servers, Workstations & Laps. We monitor, repair, and run Critical Updates and Firmware. Customers are throughout CONUS (Continental USA). We install the app in 'Unattended Access. The reason is simple; our customers are busy, so, unless it's an emergency, all remote work is done after the customer's Work hours. After all, they have to have the income to pay our Invoice.
- Up Time is at 99.9% (Nobody's Perfect).
- Have yet to lose a connection through Rescue; the exception is carrier issues like some goof cuts the fiber optic feed to the area.
- Speed, over the years we've seen the response time increase and be very stable.
- Especially appreciate the Notices if there's any issue/problem or maintenance scheduled
- Training is outstanding!
- Tracking has become quite robust.
- Work with Help Desk 3rd party apps or offer a simple GoTo solution.
- A Customer Info (i.e. User Log On & maybe Secure Password storage).
- Prompt for Admin login.
- Our ROI has paid off since we signed on with Connect and now Rescue!
- The simplicity and small foot print allows for easy installation on our LapTops.
- The ability to track the Work being done by saving the notes.
- The ability to Chat is instantaneous.
