Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We've used GoTo Connect as our primary internal VoIP solution. The product filled the role of extension-to-extension and direct calls from outside of the organization, as well as handling voicemail and basic auto-attendant functionality.
Pros
- Ease of use regarding designing new dial plans
- Transition calls from audio device to mobile
- Ease of onboarding new agents
Cons
- In my experience, Reporting is very weak
- Unified UI across all platforms
- Offer further functionality for dial plans (IVR, more call-center features)
- Cost savings on phone hardware (ability to use soft phone or mobile)
- Strong learning curve for agents, especially receptionists
I've found the admin of the GoTo Connect platform overall very easy to work with, and experiences with unified services were limited, but stable and easy to use when required.
