Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
GoTo Connect is our main source for VOIP phone in all 3 of our locations. We also have many staff members who use GoTo Connect while working from home via their laptop or desktop computer. It helps keep all of our operations in communication without needing the traditional landline setup. It is also very easy to manage everything from adding new devices to setting up new dial plans within the admin portal. I have used other platforms in the past and GoTo has been the easiest to maintain by far. This is he big reason we have been with them the past 10 years.

- Combining some sections in the admin portal
- Dial plan could be a lttle more user friendly while setting up
- Much cheaper than old POTS line system
- Much easier to swap out phones for new users
