Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
Primary call center, we love the auto attendant, there is also tons of options for add on. you can have fully automated call support. I believe chat bot is also available. also it is awesome being able to text from the primary business number. all in all I haven't had any issues.
Pros
- Directs phone calls to an unlimited number of places
- the auto attendant is super user friendly
- I can change the call id depending on which option the call selected so i can tell what they want
Cons
- being able to use multiple desktop phones to one user, so i don't need to pay for many users for both of my desks
- i am totally happy
- no problems
- ROI is huge
- it does exactly what we need it to do
- i would recommend it
very very easy, i love it, easy to text easy to call easy to use, i love it, easy to change greetings with the ai voice, i love it. i would highly recommend this product to any business Ower or IT or Manager. thank you for the great product. thanks
