Our organization uses GoTo Connect as our primary business phone system in handling vendor coordination, internal team calls and customer follow-ups. Previously, we managed calls through personal mobile and a legacy PBX, but tracking and accountability were difficult. It has centralized our business communication, allowed call routing by department, and gave visibility into missed and answered calls.
