Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

Our organization uses GoTo Connect as our primary business phone system in handling vendor coordination, internal team calls and customer follow-ups. Previously, we managed calls through personal mobile and a legacy PBX, but tracking and accountability were difficult. It has centralized our business communication, allowed call routing by department, and gave visibility into missed and answered calls.

Pros

  • Simple call routing and auto-attendant setup.
  • Call history and analytics to track efficiently.
  • Desktop and mobile app are both excellent.

Cons

  • Admin setting are difficult at first.
  • Analytics are limited in comparison.
  • Improved call routing reduced missed calls.
