Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

We use GoTo Meeting to host all our virtual meetings and webinars. It's worked out great so far. I know that we also use it for our VOIP system because the GoTo app is really handy for getting work phone calls and voicemails from my personal cell phone. This is extremely helpful when I am out of the office but still want to be available.

Cons

  • Connectivity issues sparingly
  • Filters for video conferencing / blur background
  • Not as intuitive for older clients that got used to Zoom during the pandemic
  • Streamlined our need for having multiple vendors for phone, video, etc.
  • Allows our employees to be connected on-the-go
  • Prior to updates, used to crash a lot during video meetings. We appreciate GoTo's urgency in getting these bugs fixed
  • Zoom
At the time, I believe we chose GoTo because Zoom didn't offer VOIP. GoTo is a one-stop shop for many of the technology needs a company has.

GoTo Meeting is a great all around resource. I love that we use it for phone and video conferencing. It's awesome we can easily connect our computers to screens and conference in other people to our meetings easily. All software has issues but GoTo is really fast at fixing them and their updates recently have been great in terms of functionality and design. If you don't want to have separate companies for each of these business needs, I definitely recommend GoTo!
