Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We used it to setup meetings with consultants. In the earlier implementation of our Microsoft Teams we could not share meetings with consultants so the organization went in for GoTo Meeting. This allowed for meeting setup with the third-party vendors that we needed in resolving issues as well, as it has the sharing screen feature.

- I would like to see multiple users able to work on same machine during screen sharing. In my experience, during screen sharing, you cannot control your machine while the other person has control. It will be a great feature to allow multiple users control the machine at the same time.
- It saved us time and cost for professional services that we had to pay to vendors. Some of our vendors charge per professional service and we had to pay for their hotel bills , but when GoTo Meeting was implemented,this cost was reduced.
GoTo Meeting was the choice at the time as it was less costly when we moved away from Skype for business.
