Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting is the primary tool for online meetings and video conferencing in our organization. It meets the need for effective and instant communication with our geographically dispersed staff and clients. It makes it easy for us to collaborate with external partners, conduct internal training sessions and organize meetings for product presentations. Additionally, it allows us to work together on existing projects from anywhere in the world with high-quality audio and video without the need for expensive or time-consuming travel.
Pros
- Excellent audio and video quality.
- Functional and easy-to-use screen-sharing feature for product demonstrations and presentations.
- Possibility of recording meetings that we can later review and share with those who could not attend.
- Possibility of managing the microphone of the participants in host mode so as not to disturb the entire event.
Cons
- Users who rely on mobile devices may find the mobile app version limited in its functionality, as it lacks some of the capabilities found in the desktop version.
- Our computers can slow down as a result of their high consumption of resources.
- It has improved the efficiency of our sales meetings, allowing us to close deals faster and with greater clarity.
- There has been a 15% increase in our sales conversion rates.
- The ability to effectively conduct in-house training has improved team productivity and reduced costs associated with in-person training.
GoTo Meeting's privacy, security, and hacking protection are much better than Zoom. Aside from that, Zoom also gave us too many technical issues using it and we didn't feel comfortable hosting important meetings or conducting interviews while worrying that some random person might infiltrate our meeting. WebEx, for its part, was three times more expensive.
