Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

We use GoTo Meeting in our organization to conduct online meetings. It helped us to collaborate efficiently, boost our productivity and reduce cost. It enabled our team to focus on work rather than spend time on travelling to attend physical meeting. It helped our employees to strike a healthier balance between their personal and official life.

Pros

  • It provides you advanced features like screen sharing, drawing tool, chatting, meeting recording etc.
  • It provides you higher availability
  • No app download is required to join meeting. You can join meeting by simply clicking on shared link.
  • You can use mobile, tablets or even browser to join meeting.

Cons

  • Less popular
  • requires steady internet connection
  • It helped us to save costs on travel, accommodation and venue rents to join physical meeting.
  • It helped our participants to save their time by eliminating travelling to join physical meeting.
  • It helped us to improve our productivity.
We evaluated both Zoom Workplace and GoTo Meeting, but then we decided to go with GoTo Meeting due to it's attractive price offering.
