Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

We use GoTo Meeting for all of our online meetings. With no standard meeting software, we needed one that consistently worked. All of the competitors such as Zoom, Teams or Google have drawbacks to using them and there is nothing worse in our eyes than having to deal with quirks in the software prior to getting down to the business of the meeting.

  • The investment has been good because of consistent uptime
  • It is by far the most expensive option but we must have something we can rely upon
  • We are able to schedule more meetings more often knowing that the software will work.
  • Zoom Events & Webinars
GoTo Meeting is substantially better. Much more reliable and easier for participants to join. We have never had a "zoombomb" with GoTo Meeting but we did with Zoom working with a prospective investor. It was hard to come back from what the client saw! Zoom is not an option for us.

It really is the perfect fit for our online meetings. We can have clients and stakeholders join us online with a minimum of issues for the participants. The only challenges we have faced is the assumption that it will work exactly like other platforms such as Zoom. We have had a few clients wish to use Zoom instead of but we cannot do the same things with Zoom
