Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We use GoTo Meeting to host webinars for our clients. Internally, we use zoom and Google Meet but externally, we find it the most productive to use GoTo Meeting to host our webinars.
Pros
- Ease of use for external users
- Ease of use for internal Account Management Team
- Easy to send invitations
- Easy to manage attendee lists and send follow ups
Cons
- The sharable links sometimes have problems with access
- We are a cost recoverable department and find that this product helps us stay within our budget
We find that Google Meet doesn't integrate well externally and you can't managed attendee lists, keep them private, manage follow ups with a record on Google Meet. It's a great service to use for meeting locally with internal collogues but just doesn't meet our needs as our organization for hosting webinars and external meetings.
