Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

We are into staffing and recruitment and we need to connect with the recruiters, candidates and the client. So, whenever we are talking with the team of recruiters we schedule meeting through GoTo Meeting and also while talking with the candidate through GoTo Meeting we will add recruiter who sourced the candidate to make sure we both are in same page. Finally we used to have a regular call with the clients regarding the open requirements for the day. At that time we will add recruiters also to make sure they are sourcing profiles as per the client needs.

Pros

  • We can invite multiple persons in the same meeting
  • There is a option to raise our vote at the time of call
  • Clear audio even with less data

Cons

  • Most of the people are still not aware of this application
  • Sometimes we need to exit and reconnect because of the connectivity issue
  • Not a user friendly
  • Multiple number of people can join
  • Sometimes we may not able to speak in the meeting. We need to exit and join again to resolve the issues
  • Not a user friendly
Microsoft Teams and Skype are really costly than GoTo Meeting. Only GoTo Meeting is best for online weekly or daily review calls.

GoTo Meeting is really useful application for any corporation or team meeting. We can easily identify who is talking because it is visible when someone is talking in the meeting. Typically GoTo Meeting allow us to add multiple people at the same time. Voice is clear even multiple people are in the meeting
