I use it as a way to be able to remote into client computers to assist with technical issues related to our software.

The impact is a great one for a number of reasons. The best scenarios to utilize GoTo Resolve is when customers are needing assistance with issues related to our application that needs proper troubleshooting with a technical specialist. It allows us to see what condition their PC is in and be able to reproduce issues on their PC in order to resolve.
GoTo Resolve stacks up to these other applications as they provide a way to reach customers quicker and has a steadier connection.
