Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve
We use Go To Resolve to remote into our customers' EPOS terminals and workstations (we are a b2b company). We use this to help us diagnose and fix issues on their on-prem systems.
- Remote access.
- File transfer.
- Mobile camera support.
- Ability for customer to leave a review following a remote session.
- GoToResolve was a direct replacement for our Go To Assist product at no extra cost (other than for the mobile camera option).
- Mobile camera support has saved us a lot of time, being able to see what the user is seeing rather than trying to figure it out from their description over the phone.
We only use it for remote access; we do not use the other features. As previously said, the remote camera support has helped us.
We only use Team Viewer as an emergency for remote access, the remote access feature is the same as GTR.
