Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

We use it for regular external and internal webinars to present the products to our customers and have QnA among the industry experts.

  • Live Q&A's experts webinar
  • Webinar recordings

Cons

  • MAC compatibility
  • Easier interactions
  • Participants receives a summary of the Q&A
  • It works really great with our marketing automation
  • We are still asked to use Zoom as it is more customer-friendly
  • And then we have teams as well so GoTo Webinar is a luxury
All things considered, setting up a webinar is simple, even across time zones. It's not nice that we can only localize a portion of emails. Even if I set my language to something other, sometimes I get reminders in English. The data connection is strong, but I have to manually email inquiries to the sales representative for that location following the webinar.
It was already a component of the tech stack before COVID, but with the introduction of numerous new platforms that are utilized on a daily basis for purposes other than webinars, it is currently not the greatest option for marketers. It's a useful addition to the tech stack, but it's no longer necessary.

This can be particularly useful when you want to highlight key points, display the speaker’s name and title, or add branding elements to your presentation. Overlays can be used to display real-time reactions and comments from the audience.
