Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
GoToMeeting has helped with not only connecting our team, but steering meetings and communicating with customers and potential clients. It saves us money by not having travel expenses and lets us give demos remotely.
- Screen sharing
- Ease of use without formal training
- Business meetings with remote workers or clients
- Mobile app was tricky to use
- Content in meeting invites would not update if calendar times and dates were changed
- Customers would have trouble logging in to calls. It was easy for the users who knew the system, but new customers had a harder time using the app.
- We could reach more clients due to screen sharing.
- We saved money on travel costs by not having to send our team across the nation.
- We were able to record meetings and use them for later use rather than having to recreate them for each prospect.
It competes neck and neck, but I do believe Skype for Business has a better mobile app. GoToMeeting’s computer app works a lot faster.
