Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
If your business needs a very straight forward and easy way to set up online meetings or training or host any online presentation, this might be the tool to choose from the wide offer of online meeting tools. It works perfectly on almost any device or any internet connection as well as any operating system you can imagine. We have been using the tool for almost 2 years and have not been disappointed since.

- Great customer service.
- User interface is not always intuitive.
- Price is a reason to think twice before choosing this product.
- Saved a lot of time and money of travel expenses.
- It has improved our cross department communication a lot.
Both of these tools have been delivering what they have been promising and it is quite a hard choice, but I would go with GoToMeeting. It has more host control over the meeting participants which Webex is lacking sometimes.
