Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
GoToMeeting is used widely across our whole construction and accounting divisions. With multiple offices up and down the west coast, communication is essential. GoToMeeting provides the ability for teams to communicate with voice and video, screen and file sharing, across miles and miles of space between parties.

- Log-ins can be tedious, but hey, security is paramount.
- Audio on a computer is a little wonky, best to use the dial-in option.
- Less travel
- Better time management
GoToMeeting is more universally used by construction teams. Being familiar with the interface is important so that teams don't spend time trying to figure out how to operate or are consistently asking where is this or that module. Reliability is paramount and GoToMeeting has always performed at a level that is better than just acceptable.
