Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
We use GoToMeeting to meet with our customers and for troubleshooting sessions. We also use it for company meetings and recording internal and external training sessions, which are then published for use. GoToMeeting allows us to meet conveniently since half of our company works remotely. We also use it for remote interviews if needed for HR.
- Intergrations with GCal, iCal, and Outlook.
- Ability to get on to a meeting quickly on the web and mobile.
- Cost per user is too high.
- Provide better customers support.
- We are able to meet remotely.
- We can get to our customers quickly.
We switched to Amazon Chime, and we like it better, but the integrations are bad
