Use Cases and Deployment Scope

GoToMeeting is used across the whole organization as a way to meet and collaborate since we are a remote workforce. The business problem it solves is that we are not all in the same place, and when we need to meet and either share documents or screens or even talk, we can easily do it with GoToMeeting.

UberConference and Google Hangouts

GoToMeeting's interface was intuitive and easy to use. Other users were able to use it without needing to download the app and could access meetings on the web. For our needs, GoToMeeting was a little more robust and gave us more capabilities at a relatively low cost, which was the best of both worlds.

Likelihood to Recommend

GoToMeeting is a great tool. It can also be suitable for meetings with partners or customers that you are trying to show your products or walk through a contract or proposal. Not sure it's beneficial for just a conference call, especially with how cell phones can accommodate multiple people these days, but if you need to see the same thing or each other, this is perfect.
