Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
It is one of the biggest and best meeting platforms out there. We use it across the whole organization. Saving the meeting session is great and very simple and intuitive to use. We have people who are international and it is great to be able to conference them in to have a seamless and cohesive meeting.
- Low learning curve and can be used for the first time by most
- Conducting webinars through it is also easy
- Can go back and listen to records of past meetings
- Needs a stable and good internet connection for the software to run smoothly
- Can't save meeting recording locally on a desktop. It has to be stored on the software
- Every now and then users will get dropped from the meeting
- We can have a meeting with members of management who are on different continents seamlessly
- We've used it to conduct seminars with potential clients to increase our market share
- Used it to conduct internal employee training seminars
We used GoTo Meeting this past year, but we have moved to Microsoft Teams. In my opinion, Teams has better video conference capabilities. It allows for low bandwidth capabilities and we have seen [fewer] dropped calls. The chat function is useful when on calls to talk with other team members or to share files relevant to the meeting.
