Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

We use GoTo Meeting for most of our video conferencing in the office. I would say it is being used by departments because we have so many different departments and options of programs to use. All of our planning and organizing has been successfully accomplished using GoTo Meeting.

GoTo Meeting has more features and more user friendly. Most of my department prefers to use GoTo Meeting. It allows people to connect from toll-free numbers in over 50 countries. We like that there are no hardware or software required. We like that we can also hold meetings for over 40 minutes without any technical issues.

The feature that allows you to record the meeting for future viewing is great, for those who missed the meeting. It can support up to 250 people in a meeting. If you have a computer that is older than 5 years, then it should be upgraded before you try to use the features of GoTo Meeting. If you have a weak WiFi connection, you may not have a successful meeting.
