Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
This app is used for our external support meetings. The external consultants conduct the meetings, with their presentations, screen sharing, chatting and all features a support session can involve using GoTo Meeting. It is nice how it sends the chat transcript by the end of the meeting. Also, when sharing screen and sharing content it is very dynamic. We are really happy with this tool, and will contnue to use it for our support meetings.
