Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Use it to meet online, have meetings. Discuss projects. It was just an online communication tool that we decided to try out way before covid. It was the alternative to Skype at that time and we were using it to collaborate on different project scopes as some of our contractors were working out of the office.

Alternatives Considered

Skype, Zoom and Microsoft Teams

I would say that zoom and Skype were easier and known alternatives to be using. Hence definitely more of a go-to solution than GoTo Meeting. Most vendors operate through zoom and the occasional Microsoft team but not GoTo Meeting. Definitely, a large part of the market needs to be educated on this tool

Likelihood to Recommend

It can be used for online meetings and collaboration or project discussions. I have not really used a ton over the past year and hence wouldn't be able to give a detailed representation of this to date. However, when I was using it, I had lots of problems with setting things up. Zoom was an easier option.
