Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar
We use GoToWebinar to offer professional development sessions for our customers in the real estate industry.
- Login for customers is simple and straightforward - no additional passwords like some software requires.
- Administering a large crowd is simple -- ability to mute all attendees at once.
- Polling feature is an added bonus - easy to deploy and track responses.
- Chat feature for attendees could be better - allowing them to network with each other and not just chat with the presenter.
- Recording when using a web cam isn't great.
- Adobe Connect and iLinc
iLinc has inferior VoiP and we ended up paying for a conference line backup for our customers - got pricey. Adobe has a large learning curve - both for administrators and presenters, and isn't the most user-friendly for attendees either.
