Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar
We use both GoToWebinar and GoToMeeting. GoToWebinar is used only by the marketing department primarily to conduct promotional webinar content. It provides us the ability to promote, produce and measure our webinar programs. Prior to the webinar this includes set up, attendee email notifications, registration and practice sessions. During the webinar, we manage multiple speakers and presentations, conduct a Q&A session, conclude with a survey and record the presentation.
- Ease of Use. I find GoToWebinar easy to use and administer compared with other solutions.
- Integrations. Integrating GoToWebinar with marketing automation platforms is seamless and requires no development work.
- Functionality. GoToWebinar has many flexible options to customize the webinar to your business and viewers.
- Price. There are scalable pricing plans that can be changed monthly based on usage.
- There was one time we had more webinar attendees than expected and there is no way to increase the limit immediately.
Webex is another meeting/webinar software. It works fine, however, I found it more expensive and not quite as user-friendly as GoToWebinar.
