Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar

I believe GoToWebinar to be a solid product overall.
It is used to host our sales webinars. Our team is small so you could say it's used by the entire company.
  • Easy to use out of the box
  • Templated emails for registrants
  • I'm not able to fully customize the landing page.
  • Price restrictive if you need more than 100 or 500 attendees on the call.
GoToWebinar is excellent when it comes to external-facing business. If we have to speak to a customer or have a large group of people on a webinar, we prefer using this tool.
We have sales demos/presentations for two to 4 people at times. GoToWebinar excels here. You could have 2 to 3 hosts/moderators who speak while having the rest of your audience passively listening.
