Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

We use GoToWebinar as our primary platform for video conferencing.
  • Image and Voice Quality
  • Easy Control Panel
  • Good Resolution/Audio on Video Recordings
  • Integration with our marketing automation platform
  • Custom Backgrounds. It would be much better if GoToWebinar didn't require a third-party service to upload custom backgrounds. I feel like this should be native functionality in 2022. The ChromaCam app is glitchy and a pain to use so I just opt not to use a background in GoToWebinar.
  • It's had a positive impact on my ability to easily connect with prospects and clients
  • The integration with my marketing automation platform allows me to keep my company's branding at the forefront, which is nice
The interface is clean and easy to use.
GoToWebinar is on par with other leading webinar platforms and a little more price competitive.

GoToWebinar is great for online webinars and meetings that require the ability to manage large groups. The polling functionality is easy to use and the after-meeting reports are easy to obtain. If you want to have a custom background, I would not trust the ChromaCam install for an important meeting, in my opinion.
