Overall Satisfaction with Grammarly
Grammarly is not actively used by my organization, but I use it for my job every day! I send out a ton of emails each day, and I also do some proofreading and editing for our leadership team from time to time, so it's very important to me that my writing is professional.
- Grammarly does a great job at quickly identifying misspelled words and offering a correction. I use so many different software applications, and not all of them have spell-checked, so Grammarly is a life-saver!
- One of my favorite tools that Grammarly offers is feedback for how my email might be interpreted. I approve and reject a lot of items throughout the day, and it's important that I include notes. Grammarly pops up to let me know how my message might sound to a reader, and I value that a lot because I want my messages to sound solution-focused, professional, and helpful.
- I love the Grammarly browser extension. This means [its] services pop up wherever and whenever I'm typing!
- I really have nothing bad to say about Grammarly. The only con I can think of is that sometimes it might not pop up, but I imagine they're actively improving on that functionality.
- The Tone Detector feature is my absolute favorite. In writing, tone can be very difficult to establish, and even more challenging to interpret. Grammarly's Tone Detector feature allows me to double-check my message to make sure it's getting across the tone I intend.

- Grammarly has quite a significant impact. Taking that extra minute to make sure my emails are professional and friendly by checking spelling, grammar, and tone, is immensely helpful in establishing good relationships within and outside my company. I probably get a compliment each week just on my email etiquette, which is crazy and awesome! People actually notice when your emails are friendly, positive, informative, and professional.
- Because I take that extra few moments to make sure my emails are polished, I would say I get more engagement and replies than some of my coworkers. People are more likely to respond to a friendly, helpful, solution-focused email than a cold, one-sentence email.
