Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
We use Greenhouse to aggregate candidate information; it serves as a one-stop place to share open jobs, review resumes, add referrals to open jobs, share jobs across socials networks, and for interviewers to view questions and leave notes. It enables employees and recruiters to have personal dashboards to view what is most important.

- Enables internal employees to view open positions based on a variety of filters.
- Makes it easy to share open positions across social media.
- Reporting can be more robust - perhaps having that ability to create custom reports.
- You have to jump through a few hoops to view resumes, there should be an option to view it right away when hovering over a name.
- Calendar integration doesn't always work.
- We have a central place to track all candidate activity and we can see what is happening with a candidate at any given point.
- It has helped us to streamline candidate communication.
- It enables us to quickly see where most of the candidates are coming from.
There are other options out there, some of which work to complement our Greenhouse efforts (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter) but overall Greenhouse serves us well as a central communication hub for all things recruiting.
