Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
We use Greenhouse as our company wide ATS for all of our departments. It's served as a valuable resource for when candidates apply to keep them organized, alert hiring managers of transitions within jobs and for the approval process to work with leadership. It's used to manage all new candidates, headcount approvals, recruitment analytics, on-boarding.
- Candidate Communication - Really easy access to contact and keep conversations with candidates.
- Sending Assessments - We send all of our assessments through Greenhouse. They can track when they were sent and allow us to add hiring managers who can review and give grades directly.
- Easy access and interface for hiring managers to use.
- We've had some issues with integration from time to time. We switched from google to microsoft and it wasn't as fluent as expected.
- The reporting could be more fluid
- not many other negatives outside of those two
- Improved our overall talent function with improvement in response times
- Added as a resource for multiple users in the organization to use and be involved in the hiring process
- Positive ROI for how much stronger it has made our processes
I think Greenhouse is much stronger than JazzHR. Where Jazz scratches the surface, Greenhouse takes it to the next level. Especially in regards to customizing the platform for whatever your organization needs. I found that Jazz is fine for a small organization but with a larger org and more aggressive hiring it doesn't stand up.
