Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
Currently, here at Beeswax we use Greenhouse as our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS). We use this to track candidates across the entire interview process from application to offer a[nd] background check. We use this across our entire company, every employee has access and is included in their onboarding process. We use Greenhouse for employee referrals and to track metrics for hiring. This makes sure that we keep tabs on candidates in the process and make sure people do not fall through the cracks.

- The ability to keep an eye on and track metrics on time to hire and top of funnel analytics.

- seems like they often have a few bugs in their system
- some of the analytics can be better and reporting could be a little more granular
- We've been able to utilize the different reporting functions to see where we had candidate drop off and made adjustment s to our interview process and timing (positive).
- We were also able to tag prior candidates for future roles and requisitions (positive).
- Another positive thing is when it comes to team collaboration abound building ou new process and interview team as well as collaboration.
I evaluated Leve, JobDiva, SmartRecruiters, and Jobvite 3-4 times in the past few years and I have to say that Greenhouse was at a nice price point and gave us the usability and functionality that we require here at Beeswax. I'm a big fan and their customer service is amazing. You can be up running with Greenhouse in a few hours.
