Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
We use Greenhouse at our company for recruiting and interviewing candidates. It's used on a daily basis by our recruiting department, but nearly every person at the company uses it at some point or other when they are interviewing potential candidates for their department, so everyone interacts with the software at some point.

ADP is pretty outdated, design and experience-wise, when it comes to Greenhouse. I've used both products before and find Greenhouse to be more simple, clean and easy for anyone to log on and access. There wasn't great support with ADP and Greenhouse is a solid enough product that I've never had to use their support before.

Greenhouse is great for any mid-sized company that is looking for a simple software that all members of departments can use. The learning curve to start using Greenhouse is basically nonexistent - it's very simple to understand, easy to use, and has a great UX. The email reminders that go to interviewers as well are very appreciated.
Greenhouse Feature Ratings
I've never even had to speak to support because Greenhouse is so easy to access. I have accessed their help center though if I have the odd question, and it's very easy to navigate and understand. Nearly any question that you have or will have can be answered without having to speak to a support representative which is really nice and helpful.
