Groove is a great tool that is allowing Kaplan to connect with its customers in a more efficient and effective manner. Kaplan is utilizing Groove to complete Sales call campaigns regarding various product enhancements/promotions/updates, etc., and this tool is used for client activity tracking and monitoring that correlates with Salesforce.

Groove agents have always been able to assist me when I have had questions and/or concerns. They have always reached out promptly and never have I had to wait for them while feeling like an inconvenience! In addition, they always thank me for reaching out, and tell me never to hesitate to reach out in the future if I have issues. This makes asking questions comfortable, easy, and you know you and your business are being supported!

As mentioned, Groove assists me primarily with prospect email monitoring. This allows me to see when an email I sent was opened and responded to. I can gauge the client's interest by if and when they respond to my emails utilizing this tool, and it has been a huge help in closing sales!
