Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We're using Groove for our entire organization, from Sales to Account Management and Servicing. Groove helps us automate the way we track client outreach and touchpoints. It assists with outbound scheduling and tracking of tasks. The Flows feature is also very useful for automating campaigns and initiatives to ensure a consistent contact strategy across our customer base.

I have not previously utilized any other solutions like Groove. Typically, organizations will utilize their system of record for activity tracking and that is all. Groove integrates seamlessly with email and phone, running over the top of the company's system of record to create an automation bridge between my activities and my company's system of record.
Since we integrated with Groove over the past year, the support has been fantastic. There is always someone for our teams to reach out to if we have questions or need help. They also have been great with sending out proactive information and solution updates that can further enhance the way we work.
We integrated Groove with the Google Suite (Gmail) and Salesforce and it has been a completely seamless experience. Once the Google Suite application is installed and linked to Salesforce, it takes little to no more intervention from the user for the automation and tracking to start.

Groove has been extremely helpful for automating the tracking of customer-facing activities within our system of record. Prior to Groove, associates were having to log emails and calls manually, which doubled the amount of time to complete various tasks. Groove streamlines that entire tracking process, so all outreach is tracked and logged automatically without having to do secondary entry.

Groove Flows is a great concept for doing marketing and/or content drip campaigns for Sales Teams. This may be less effective for Account Management or other partner teams who are looking to distribute information to a larger customer set on a single one-time topic our touchpoint. A mail-merge application is still preferred in these instances.
